The balcony overlooks the Elkhorn chairlift and has direct access to breathtaking hiking and biking trails, scenic views, and outdoor summer adventures. The unit is just a short walk or shuttle ride to Beaver Creek Village, where you can enjoy vibrant shops, dining, and entertainment.

Guests will check in and retrieve keys at Lower Borders front desk after 4:00 PM the day of check in. You can park outside Lower Borders at the temporary parking while retrieving your keys. The parking garage is conveniently located underground at Upper Borders.
